Senior Engineer Full-time position, variable hours at times, benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental life, free health club access, employee discounted room rates, PTO, 401K. $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

The Senior Engineer provides technical leadership and oversight for all building systems within the hotel and convention center. This role ensures reliable operations, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency and seamless guest and even experiences, particularly during peak occupancy and major convention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical authority for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, central plant, and life-safety systems
  • Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex or high-impact system failures
  • Oversee major repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
  • Plan system readiness for large conventions, VIP events, and full-occupancy operations
  • Develop preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, and emergency response procedures
  • Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to Building Engineers
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and lifecycle planning for major equipment
  • Lead energy management, sustainability, and cost-control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with fire codes, health regulations, brand standards, and local authorities
  • Act as lead engineer during emergencies and critical operational events


Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
  • 7–10+ years of engineering experience in hospitality, convention centers, or high-occupancy facilities
  • Advanced expertise in building systems and event-driven operations
  • Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certifications or licenses preferred (PE, CFM, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to access rooftops, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
  • Ability to run up 6 flights of stairs rapidly

Building EngineerFull-time position, variable hours at times, benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental life, free health club access, employee discounted room rates, PTO, 401K. $65,000 - $70,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems
  • Respond promptly to guest room, public area, and back-of-house maintenance requests
  • Support ballrooms, meeting rooms, and exhibit halls, including power distribution, lighting, and temperature control
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and guest disruption
  • Assist with event setups, room turnovers, and emergency repairs during conferences and conventions
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Banquets, and Event Operations teams
  • Monitor contractor and vendor work to ensure quality and compliance
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Follow all safety procedures, brand standards, and applicable codes


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred
  • 2–5 years of building maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, convention centers, or large public venues
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Trade certifications or licenses preferred (HVAC, electrical, EPA, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Staff AccountantFull Time, $50,000 - $58,000, based on experience. Benefits include: PTO, 401K, discounted IHG Room rates, Health Club access. Must have an Accounting degree from an accredited college or university, good working knowledge of accounting concepts. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. On-site position.

The Staff Accountant role includes detailed and comprehensive management of various accounting and financial processes for our various hospitality/resort properties. General responsibilities include (1) managing financial reports, records and accounts, (2) maintaining the general ledger, (3) working with on-site managers, staff and bookkeeper, (4) daily cash reconciliations, (5) various property management tasks including permit and fixed asset tracking, and (6) assisting the Company’s HR Director and Accounting Manager as approved by the Controller.

Business Corporate Hotel Sales ManagerWe are seeking an experienced, solid performer with a proven track record to implement successful strategies to achieve hotel profitability through sales revenue generation. Candidate must be highly skilled at identifying and converting new markets, developing & executing sales strategies. This is a Full Time, on-site position. Salary range: $60,000- $100,000.

Duties
  • Targets results-oriented high revenue potential sales calls to ensure a successful direct sales program in accordance with goals established by department budget and marketing plan.
  • Captures competitor's accounts through networking, research and reader board surveys in order to target and solicit those most probable to generate new business.
  • Acquires referrals from existing accounts: Follows up on all leads within 48 hours of receipt in an effort to create new business for the hotel.
  • Plans and implements an on-going Targeted Account Development "hit list" in order to create new revenue and acquire valuable hotel contacts and contracts.
  • Continually targets and prospects for new business through telemarketing, individual creativity and innovation.
  • Develop a sales strategy by analyzing historical, current and future hotel market trends and create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet & exceed goals.
  • Maintain accurate, legible records and files to provide group history to ensure future and current quality service and enhance future proposals.

We are seeking an energetic, vigilant and customer oriented Security officer to join our evening team, dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our Hotel & Convention Center guest and employees alike. The position plays a vital role in safeguarding our property, guests, attendees & personnel through proactive surveillance, conflict management & emergency response skills. Security is expected to deliver exemplary guest service to those staying and working with us.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor premises continuously using surveillance equipment to identify suspicious activity or security breaches.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter theft and unauthorized access.
  • Verify the identity of visitors ensuring proper authorization before granting access.
  • Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations during overnight shifts for accountability and reporting purposes.
  • Apply conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally.
  • Enforce security policies and loss prevention measures to protect company assets and prevent theft or vandalism.
  • Must be able to walk the length of the property throughout the shift as well as walk flights of stairs either up or down throughout the shift as well.

Restaurant Line Cook/Banquet Prep Cook*Immediate position for AM line cook, 5AM – 1:30 pm, including weekends. $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Full time benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision/ Life, 401K, Employee Discounted Room Rates, Health Club Access, PTO. Part Time benefits include: PTO, Employee Discounted Room Rates and Health Club access.
  • Full Time/Part Time Culinary positions available, primarily in restaurant, but can flex to banquet kitchen.
  • Responsible for food preparation, execution, and plating of food items to exceed guest expectations. Execute fast & efficient service of all menu items, ensuring proper cooking methods, and preparing food according to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure safe handling, cooking, and storing of food.
  • Responsible for overall cleanliness of the kitchens and equipment.
  • Must work well independently, following daily prep list established by the Executive Chef.

Previous experience a plus but will train. Must have excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment & understand brand standards in regards to a clean, inviting, restful guestroom.
